Please note:  Information is tentative, and will depend on a variety of factors.  However, we want to share as much information as possible before players and their families have to make any decisions so they can plan ahead and know what to expect.

Also, notable changes for our new hybrid programming at The OC are noted in italics.

2023-24 Teams and Estimated Club Fees

Club fees at The OC Volleyball Club continue to be among the most inclusive of any volleyball club in the Tulsa area.  Included in club fees:

  • Facility rental costs

  • Equipment costs

  • Registration and tournament entry fees (excludes OKRVA Regionals, National Qualifiers and/or Nationals)

  • Uniforms/apparel (jerseys, a backpack/bag, and other select apparel)

  • ALL costs for coaches and administrators (includes stipends, travel costs, etc.)

  • Several other miscellaneous costs

Club fees will not include USAV/OKRVA registration, tryout fees, player/parent travel costs, other optional uniform/apparel/accessories, and team coolers.  Spandex may also be required.


While we are not the least expensive choice for club volleyball, we strive to budget diligently while providing the components necessary to operate a great club volleyball organization for our members.

Hybrid Program Teams

Our teams normally practice 2 times per week.  Teams will also be scheduled for +/- 5 indoor tournaments during the club season prior to spring break, and 1-2 beach tournaments after spring break.  Some tournaments will be out of the Tulsa metro area, and will have travel requirements.  Please note....we may not field all of the teams/ages listed, depending on the quantity and evaluation of tryout participants and/or availability of coaches.


Projected club fees* for 2023-24 are (last updated 9/21/2023):

15 Hybrid - $1995 or less
14 Hybrid - $1895 or less

13 Hybrid - $1795 or less

As part of our new hybrid programming, we will adjust our training routine after spring break.  Team practices will likely be reduced to 1 per week.  Players will then have the option(s) for the following for additional training for the remaining 5-6 weeks:  indoor clinics, beach practices, and/or positional training. Players and families may choose as many (or as few) of these events as they wish. 

Also, we will preliminarily plan to forego any indoor club tournaments scheduled after Spring Break (including the OKRVA Regional Championships).  However, events may be added at the club's discretion based on feedback from our members.  Any additional events added may result in additional fees to cover the expenses for these events.

OK Elevate

For players and families looking for a traditional indoor club volleyball time frame, we recommend our partner club - OK Elevate Volleyball.  Like The OC, Elevate is focused on maximizing player development, but also includes additional components to their program specifically tailored for indoor players looking to play high level club volleyball and potentially play indoor volleyball at the college level.  Players are welcome to try out at either (or both) clubs.

Boys Teams

For boys club volleyball, The OC is pleased to partner Tulsa Boys Volleyball Club.

Payment Options

The OC Volleyball Club will offer 2 payment options for the 2023-24 season.

Please note:  Actual club fees will vary by team.  Amounts used below are for illustration purposes only.

  • Option 1

    • Full payment due in Oct/Nov.  A full payment, made on time, will also be offered a discount of 5%.

      • Example:  Club Fees of $1,995.00 would be discounted to $1,895.25 if paid in full at signing.

      • Example:  Club Fees of $1,795.00 would be discounted to $1,705.25 if paid in full at signing.

  • Option 2

    • Deposit due in Oct/Nov, with 3 additional payments due on the 15th day of Jan/Feb/Mar.

      • Example:  Club Fees of $1,995.00 would have a deposit of $798.00 due at signing.  Then 3 additional payments of $399.00 due on Jan/Feb/Mar 15.

      • Example:  Club Fees of $1,795.00 would have a deposit of $718.00 due at signing.  Then 3 additional payments of $359.00 due on Jan/Feb/Mar 15.

To those families who have multiple kids on teams with The OC, we will do our best to offer an additional discount on your club fees, starting with the second player.
