  • Select the Summer Membership Option ($10)

• Complete a 2019-20 USAV/OKRVA Medical Release Form.

• E-mail any questions you have to info@theocvbclub.com.

1. Printed copy or picture of 2019-20 OKRVA membership card

2. Completed Medical Release Form

3. Payment (if paying by cash/check)

4. Proper attire to participate

5. Water or sports drink (w/ securable lid)

6. A confident and positive attitude :-)
