*Tournament host has right to combine divisions OR convert to a "prince/princess of the beach" event if entry #s are insufficient to separate.

• Pool play then seeded for tournament.

• Prizes will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place teams.

• Participants are required to have a current OKRVA/USAV membership.

 

Check-in 30 minutes prior to pool play start time.  Participants in the tournament should bring to check-in desk:

More Tournament Details

​

Tournament tanktops are provided for each team that registers by the entry deadline, which is Thursday, May 5th.  Please indicate appropriate size(s) when registering.  Late entries may be accepted, but tank tops not guaranteed w/entry.

​

Players MAY play multiple divisions (if eligible) and may change partners.  Additional entry fee(s) will be reduced by $5/player, but player will not get second tanktop.  If playing multiple divisions, you will have to complete registration form for each entry.

​More About Sandfest

 

Proceeds raised from the SandFest tournament will be donated to The Little Light House, a school here in Tulsa for special needs children up to six years of age.  They provide a Christian based education as well as physical, speech, and occupational therapy based on the needs of each individual child.  They provide all of these services on a tuition free basis.  They receive no government or United Way funding.  All of their funding comes from private and corporate donations.
