Registration plus payment must be received before securing a spot in any of The OC tournaments.

Teams must also load a valid roster into AES or send USAV Webpoint roster (via e-mail or postal service).

Tournament info (excluding pool assignments) will be distributed as far in advance as possible.  Pool assignments and schedules won't likely be available until a couple of days before the tournament dates.

Please download the free AESXpress App.  The App will have your play and work schedules by Thursday evening before that weekend’s tournament.  During the tournament the AESXpress App will have all results and bracket play schedule and information.

In the event of a change of schedule, Charge will:

• contact all teams via email and/or phone

• post changes below with a date/time of the change

• request the change(s) made to the AES schedule.

Food:  Concession stand provided.  Team tables for players/coaches may be allowed, depending on venue.  Only Water or Gatorade type drinks with screw on lids for athletes can be brought to the playing area.

 

COACHES - PLEASE HELP REMIND PLAYERS TO CLEAN UP BENCH AREA AFTER EACH MATCH!!!

 

Seating:  There is plenty of seating at our venues, so no chairs should be necessary.

 

No Pets allowed in rented facilities, excluding approved service animals.  Service animals must be wear their jacket at all times and stay off the courts.
